Accounts receivable is a free template to keep records of customer invoices and receivables. If your business sells on credit, and issue customer invoices to customers, your company should keep records of issued customer invoices in an accounts receivable.

Accounts in the accounting for assets, liabilities and equity shall be specified in ancillary records to the extent necessary to give a satisfactory control and overview.

Accounts receivable is a register of specific customer invoices indicating the invoice number, customer name, invoice date, invoice amount and the receivable amount. In an accounts receivable is an indication of the total customer receivable and how this total receivable divides in specific customer invoices.

You can use this template for accounts receivable, if you do not use billing software, ERP software or other accounting software, to manually keep records of customer invoices. You register customer invoices line by line with reference to the verification number and invoice number for traceability.
