Notice of dismissal due to personal reasons is a free template to prepare a notice to an employee that should be dismissed for personal reasons. A termination of employment must be objectively based and written, reasonable grounds for dismissal are redundancy or personal reasons.

In the notice of dismissal to an employee, the employer must specify what the employee should observe if he wants to annul or make claims regarding the termination of employment. The notices of dismissal for personal reasons shall also state whether the employee has a preferential right to reemployment or not and whether the employee must notify the employer for the preferential right to apply.

An employee, who has been dismissed because of personal reasons, has no priority to reemployment. The employer must give the employee written reasons for dismissal if the employee request so.

A notice of dismissal for personal reasons shall be given to the employee personally, but if this not is possible then should the notice be sent by registered mail to the employee's last known address.

In case of termination due to personal reasons, the employee and the employee's union should be given notice or be informed at least two weeks prior to the termination of the employment. Upon termination for personal reasons there is no notice period, but employment is terminated immediately when the employee has received the notice of dismissal.

A dismissal for personal reasons may not be based on facts known to the employer for more than two months before termination. Circumstances that may lead to dismissal for personal reasons is that the employee has been misconduct by such as repeated invalid absenteeism, bullying of labor or that the employee has difficulty cooperating.
