Commercial lease contract for premises is a free template to prepare a firsthand lease contract between a landlord and tenants concerning a business local. A tenant has the right to obtain a written lease contract regardless of whether the lease is in first hand or second hand.

When extending the lease is the landlord's ability to freely determine the rent limited because the rent not may be unreasonable in relation to the market rent. Market rent is the rent for premises offered on the open market or the rent for comparable premises in the same area.
