Free template for power of attorney
Power of attorney is a free template to create authorization for one or more persons to make and sign agreements for a particular purpose in some others name or company name.
A power of attorney provides a physical or legal person rights to make contracts in another physical or legal person's name. A power of attorney can apply to a certain thing or a specific purpose and for a certain time. A power of attorney shall be dated and signed by the person who authorizes another person. A power of attorney does not need to be witnessed but it offers higher probative evidence if it has been witnessed.
A power of attorney is a binding contract and you must be able to trust the person that you give a power of attorney. A power of attorney may be revoked by demolition.
