Free template for stock register
Stock register is a free template to record the shareholders number of shares in a corporation. Limited liability companies are obliged to have a stock register and to keep records of changes for owners in the corporation.
The stock register shall contain information on shares and shareholders and be retained as long as a stock company is alive and 10 years after the corporations resolution.
