Conference program is a free template that can be used to establish a program for a conference or an agenda for a conference.

A conference can consist of meetings, lectures and discussions internally within an organization or externally if people outside the company are invited to the conference. A conference can be located on the business location, outside the business location but in the same country or abroad.

A conference should preferably be of benefit to the company or for the invited persons. A company that organizes a conference may make tax deductions for all expenses associated with a conference and these expenses are normally tax free for the participants if certain conditions are met.

A tax deductible conference must have a program or agenda and the conference must be of benefit to the company. A conference program must include at least 6 hours per day and 30 hours in one week, during these hours should the element of entertainment and recreation not be too large. It does not matter if the conference is located at home or abroad.
